Is anyone really worrying about whether their toilet feels left out of the holiday festivities? Or that the bathroom suffers from an inferiority complex?
If so, a felt-like lid cover with gold accents is not going to get anywhere near to solving your problems.
Trust me.
Thanks alot, something else to worry about. Now I am supposed to worry about my toilet’s sensitive feelings
. I am afraid the toilet is going to have to suck it up and get over it.
Yeah, why should your bathroom be the stepchild? Leave that to the spare bedroom, or that unorganized hall closet.
Anne – Yeah, there’s always something new to worry about!Needless To Say – I think our storage room is the stepchild around here. The bathroom (or washroom as we say in Canada) doesn’t care. Not that I’ve asked them or anything…
Gay? I don’t think anyone I know who’s gay would want one of those things.
I have an aversion to rugs and things around the toilet and decorative cloths like you see in old people’s houses. That’s because I live with 5 men- it is more sanitary to have a big spray bottle of scrubbing bubbles by the toilet for little dudes that are developing their new skills. Maybe I will draw a snowman on the bottle.
“Felt-like”? What could feel like felt BUT felt???
That is a totally awesome toilet lid cover. I’ve got a retro-y looking cover on my toilet lid. Nobody and nothing (not even toilets) should be left out of the holiday celebration! And I hope yours is wonderful!
LOL I’m sure the toilet now feels like it’s a part of Christmas
Tori already said it…what does ‘felt-like” mean???Is it felt, or isn’t it?I think I’d stay away from this product. It could be made of dryer lint.
“… with gold accents” is exactly what it would have after my boys were done peeing all over it.
This looks frighteningly like my grandmother’s bathroom. Was her toilet lid cover “felt-like”? I don’t remember, but it sure looked a lot like the one in the picture.
I want one of those that says “Don’t forget to lift this part.”
feefifoto – I don’t think anyone wants one, really…Michelle – Drawing a snowman sounds very festive!Tori – I don’t know, but I found an ad for some spray-on stuff that was like suede, only not. I’ll be sharing that ad after the holidays.Preston – I hope you have a great holiday too!Amy – Yes, it should be very happy.Bill – I don’t know what it is made of, but it does have gold accents and a drawstring, we know this at least.Jeff – Yes, well. Yes.Melanie – The felt-like part bothers me, I think it would be hard to wash for example. And re Jeff’s comment this could be an issue…So you actually saw one of these? That is actually quite amazing.Tim – That would probably cost extra, though.
We wish you a very Merry Christmas! May the holidays be bright and sparkling! Purrs and Snuggles from Chica, Pumuckl and Ana – http://www.chica-pumuckl.blogspot.com
When I was growing up my Grandmother ALWAYS decorated the bathroom. Perhaps it told her it wanted in on the festivities also. It would not last a day in my house. Someone would use it for toilet paper.
Funny stuff. Here’s wishing you and your family a very happy holidays from Rickey!
I echo Rickey’s sentiments. Happy holidays to you and yours. As for the post, OMG. I would have forgotten the toilet, if you hadn’t reminded me. TG.
